individuals with disabilities.
Roanoke, VA - On January 19, 2006, the Virginia chapter of the Knights
of Columbus presented DePaul Family Services with a KOVAR grant check for $10,460.
This money will be used by DePaul Family Services to improve the quality of

for one of DePaul Family Services group homes for adults with mental retardation.
The grant will also be used to install a wheelchair accessible automatic door opener
at the DePaul's OPTIONS Day Support Center for adults with mental retardation in
Forest, VA and to purchase Braille reading materials for for visually impaired clients.
KOVAR stands for the Knights of Virginia Assisting Citizens with Mental Retardation.
