Training opportunities available to Clinicians on the topic of adoption:
On September 28, 2007 Don Whilhelm, LCSW, will offer a lunch training and discussion on clinical issues in work with adoptive families. The training and lunch will be free and will be held at DePaul’s Roanoke office on Hollins Road. Don has worked extensively with adoptive families for many years and he is the mental health consultant for the statewide Adoptive Family Preservation project. He has an active practice in Richmond, Virginia. Clinicians will need to register in order to be accommodated for lunch.
