SOCIAL WORK SERVICES
DePaul Community Resources believes that the more support available to both the client and care providers, the more likely the placement will be a long term success. We provide this support through our Social Work Services. This extra support allows our care providers to focus on the care of the individuals in their homes.
Our Social Work staff provides a variety of supports including:
- Training, supervision, guidance and monitoring to our care providers, including monthly home visits
- Writing Individual Service Plans, Quarterly and Monthly reports and other documentation
- Providing 24 hour crisis intervention
- Completing monthly billing for the care providers
- Assisting with medical appointments
- Providing emotional support and hands-on assistance
- Ensuring care provider homes are in compliance with licensing standards
